Program Description

Moment uses SMS text messages to deliver one-time verification codes that confirm your phone number when you sign up or sign in. This is a transactional messaging program — we do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS verification codes by entering your mobile phone number on the Moment sign-in screen and tapping Send code. By doing so, you agree to receive an automated SMS verification message from Moment at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Types

• Account verification: A 6-digit code to confirm your phone number when you sign up or sign in.
• Security alerts (optional): Notifications about sign-ins from a new device, if enabled in Settings.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You will typically receive one message per sign-in attempt.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message from Moment for assistance, or email us at hello@jointhemoment.app.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from Moment to unsubscribe from SMS messages. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer be able to verify your phone number to sign in until you opt back in by replying START.

Supported Carriers

Moment SMS is available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and verification codes are processed only to authenticate your account.
